Baxbier - Rhubarb Gobbler

Knowledge is knowing rhubarb is a vegetable, wisdom is putting it in a beer. We've been wanting to incorporate rhubarb into a beer for quite a while, so here it finally is. This Imperial Fruited Pastry Sour is tangy, sweet and creamy all at the same time. Considering the high ABV, it's still dangerously easy to drink. So knock yourself (or that annoying uncle) out during this years christmas dinner!
