"Quinto" is the italian name choosen for the fifth Vicaris beer. The name is a tribute to the italian brewery equipment and five is also the ABV. The beer is a high fermentation beer (ale) re-fermented in bottle. It is based on the same receipt of the Tripel sharing with it the same softness and the rich aroma.
