Van Untappd: Welcome to the farm. This traditional saison has been pitched with Brettanomyces and matured on riesling barrels for 18 months.
We see a hazy beer thats subtle on carbonation with a funky flavour. There’s a nice interplay between the hops and the fruitiness of the yeasts. The flavour opens up with tones of bubblegum, clay and pineapple and evolves into hay. The aroma is soft and creamy with hay and a sneaky bit of wood. A pleasure to drink.
