Walhalla Brouwerij & Proeflokaal - Siv Hazy IPA

Together with our Viking friends from Gothenburg we bundled our knowledge about brewing expressive, hazy, fruity beers. The result is SIV: a full bodied IPA dryhopped with Citra and Simcoe Cryo hops. SIV is the wife of Thor, her long golden locks represent fertile fields of grain. Pure happenstance or divine destiny: Stigberget's dog is also named Siv!
