With Whale Shark we explore how deep we can dive into the creamy depths of the New England IPA beerstyle. We experiment with specialty grains like emmer to give an über-luxurious mouthfeel and ad heaps of hops. V2 is a Double IPA version with Citra and Idaho7 Cryo dryhop bringing that peachy citrusy juice vibe.
