Bigger than the beef between the Bloods and the Crips. We bring you a beer that's hopped to sh*t. Reppin' from the 'Port to Rodeo Drive. Juicy and fresh, Cali has arrived. West Side! Our American Pale Ale is inspired by the rough and ready of the West Coast. Things aren’t always sunshine and lollipops. Forget Beverley Hills. If you want to see the real West Coast, you need to see the streets of Compton and Westmont. Don’t let the juicy, tropical fruit flavours fool you. This is one big, bad motherlover of an APA. Come and join our gang, homes.

This is an aggressive ale. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory–maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beverage will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multi-million dollar ad campaigns make things taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.

Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. Weide - Wild light ale with local Spalter Select. A picnic in the grass on a lazy afternoon, the sun high in the sky, your bare feet playing with the tiny blades. The soft buzzing of a honey bee visiting nearby flowers carries you away, a bird chirps excitedly in the woods. A small insect tickles your skin, a broken sprig pricks your side. A lost dewdrop clings stubbornly to the grass, the wind carries the sweet scent of hay from a neighbouring farm. Weide is best enjoyed on a warm day when a dry, refreshing beer is the best way to cool down. It is a particularly light beer, but the rural aromas of wild yeast offer an interesting drinking experience. The locally grown Spalter Select hop gives subtle grassy notes while spelt and unmalted wheat flakes create a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Weide has a low ABV and a a delicate complexity, making it a highly sessionable beer. Weide is best paired with lighter dishes or served as an aperitif. 4% ABV [Batch #4: bottled on 4 JUL 2019] [Batch #3: bottled on 1 NOV 2018] [Batch #2: bottled on 19 APR 2018] [Batch #1: bottled on 17 OCT 2017]

    Nevel
    4.9% ABV
    3.44

Noest - Vatted Porter with Brettanomyces. Please note that for legal reasons, we have changed the name of Noest to Tumult. The beer recipe is still the same. Tumult is expected to be available in fall 2019. Old description: Noest is our vatted porter that was aged in a stainless steel fermenter for 6 months. It is a dark, mildly sour beer with delicate notes of toasted bread, cacao and red fruit. It was fermented with a traditional English yeast and matured with Brettanomyces, which gives this beer its exciting vinous character. Noest tastes like a love affair between a porter and a Flemish red, which is not so strange if you consider that Flemish red is actually derived from early porters. Where modern porters are usually quite sweet and full, Noest is subtle and dry and that's exactly how we want it to be: a beer that will lift you up and quench your thirst when you come home from work, be it summer or winter! 4,9% ABV. This beer is inocculated by wild yeasts (Brettanomyces included) and lactic bacteria. Small, dark and very sweet Damaschine variety plums, also called Ramassin in Piemontese dialect, are added in steeping to restart a new fermentation to characterize the product. BeerBrugna is matured in oak barrels (3hl or 5hl capacity) for twelve months. The unique use of Damaschine plums gives to this extraordinary beer a lot of warm and sensuous fruity notes, facing clear, though never too aggressive, sour and citric flavors. Despite its low pH, this unique beer is well balanced thanks to a remarkable fullness and to impressive fruity flavors persisting for a long time. By Lorenzo Dabove aka Kuaska

The story: 1. We aged Black Oktober in Laphaiog Barrels for some 16 months. 2. During this process, we blended it into Rum and Bourbon w/ fresh Oktober to mollify the peated maelstrom 3. We panicked again and added figs 4. This worked wonders, and so Midnight Anthracite was born 5. Separately, we made our Cambrian Root bigger and weird - it became 9.4%, it was soured, and the salt and liquorice were both amped 6. Deccan Traps was born 7. We popped 800l of Deccan straight into these ex-Midnight Anthracite barrels 8. 4 months later, Chicxulub was born! If the eruptions of the Deccan Traps started the K/T Mass Extinction, then the Chicxulub impact certainly ended it! Drink with respect.
