Paradox - Raspberry Porter

Seasonal berry porter with the addition of 104 kg of fresh raspberries per 1,000 liters of beer, hand-picked near St. Petersburg. It has a unique explosive aroma of raspberries, slightly sour taste of fresh berries with distinct burnt and coffee notes inherent in this style. Abundant brown foamy cap. Berries in the form of puree was added for the fermentation and in spite of the brightest flavor and aroma we can safely assure you: no additional flavors or syrups were used. Only water, malt, hops, yeast, raspberries and a little patience.
